If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit (AS OF 02/23/2021).

ALL ITEMS MARKED 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
TO RETURN:
- Please make sure your order meets our return conditions and is not a final sale item.
- No return authorization needed! Just include your Order Number (which is in your original order confirmation email and on your printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.). You can include the packing slip from your order with your return or jot this information down on a piece of paper!
- We do ask our Customers to cover the cost of their returns. Please use the courier of your choice! All returns can be mailed to:

- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive your store credit via email. This store credit will be issued to the original email your purchase was made under.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Seasonal Graphics are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.
- Bralettes are final sale.
- Accessories are final sale.
- Items with price ending in .99 ARE FINAL SALE!
- All original tags must be attached.
- ***You will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
SHOE RETURNS:
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box during transit
- If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept the return.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- We offer FREE Local Pickup + Returns for our DFW customers!
- Our LOCAL PICKUP + RETURN hours are TUES-FRI / 9am-4pm

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS:
- Please email our Customer Service Team (heytalulah@shoptalulah.com) within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right as soon as possible!
- We are not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care or handling.
EXCHANGES:
- Due to our inventory selling our very quickly, we aren’t able to offer exchanges.
- You can return the unwanted item and once you receive your store credit, you can use it towards another item of your choice from our website :)
