RETURNS:

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we know you will be!), we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase! International returns must be processed and paid for by the customer.

Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a $10 shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you. Thank you for understanding! 

Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Pre-Orders are final sale. Body Suits + Accessories are final sale.

 

SHOE RETURNS:

All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another box for shipping to protect the shoe box. If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.

 

HOW TO RETURN:

For orders that meet our return refund criteria:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request.

Step 2: Ship your return back using our prepaid return labels (downloadable in step 1).

Step 3: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of being delivered/received to Talulah. A $4 Return Shipping Fee will de deducted from your refund. Original shipping is NOT refunded.
