If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit (AS OF 02/23/2021).

 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • Body Suits are final sale.
  • Bralettes are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • Items with price ending in .99 ARE FINAL SALE!
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • ***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

SHOE RETURNS:

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
RETURN ADDRESS:

  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :)
  2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  3. As of November 2019, Shop Talulah no longer offers free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
